Ms. Friend attended Maness School of Music and is a fantastic opera singer.  She will be responsible for all Human Resources of DIA. She will supervise all insurance, retirement, and personnel benefits for DIA staff.  She will lead searches to obtain the personnel for DIA.  She worked for Lowenstein & Sandler, White & Case, Proskauer Rose, Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, Mayer Brown & Platt, Penny & Edmunds, and Thatcher Proffitt & Wood.By applying these skills to the arts industry and using her creative management skills, she becomes valuable to bringing talent to DIA for the entire staff.  Recognized for using cost effective strategies to attract, develop and retain top partner, associate and entry level talent.  A strategic innovator whose progressive recruiting and development practices helped shape the culture and improve hiring results at leading law firms.
